Many of the flats and cottages at Wistow and around the Estate are let to appropriate tenants for terms of between 1 and 3 years.

Due to the popularity of the location and scenic position of many of these homes, there is often a list of people wanting to rent the next one of suitable size that becomes available.  Tenants often say they will be here for one year or so, love the environment and end up staying on the Estate for 10 - 15 years!

There is a range of accommodation, from one to three bedroom flats in and around Wistow Hall, two to three bedroom cottages and four to five bedroom farmhouses. Rents vary accordingly, but most benefit from central heating, gardens and garages/parking areas.
